As a neuro-music practitioner, I’ve developed a collection of neuro-isolation exercises to activate specific areas of the brain involved in movement, coordination, and auditory processing — primarily the primary motor cortex, auditory cortex, and cerebellum.
My work draws on principles of neuroplasticity, using structured musical exercises to help clients with limited motor control improve coordination, timing, and body awareness. These interventions use auditory-motor entrainment, repetitive movement, and rhythm sequencing to strengthen connections between brain and body.
Clients gradually build motor skills through guided exercises that are musically engaging but neurologically targeted. This approach is particularly effective for individuals with developmental delays, neurological conditions, or sensory-motor challenges, combining music cognition, neuroscience, and physical rehabilitation.

I am currently practising as a mobile neuro-music practitioner around Mid-Sussex, UK.
